Nadia and Carol

Nadia Comaneci, (born November 12th of November, 1961 Gheorghe Gheorghiu Dej, (presently Onesti] Romania) Romanian gymnast who was the first gymnast in history to receive a score of a perfect of 10 during the Olympic event. Bela Karrolyi was the Romanian gymnastics trainer who became Comaneci's coach later on found her around the age of six. First competing in the championships for juniors from Romania in the year 1969, she finished 13th. And in 1970, won. In 1972, during a meet of communist countries junior athletes prior to the Olympics, she won three gold medals. Then in 1973 and '74 she was the all-around junior champ. The athlete won four golds and one silver medals in her senior debut international competition that took place in 1975. This was the first time she had competed as an older senior. She was the first woman to ever successfully complete reverse double saltos when dismounting from an uneven parallel bar. Carol Wayne.........................Carol Wayne was an American film and TV actor best recognized for portraying Art Fern's Tea-Time Movie Lady on The Tonight Show Starring Johnny Carson. She started her career in entertainment as a teenager, when she performed as a figure skating duo with their sister Nina Wayne for the travelling entertainment show Ice Capades. Carol Marie Wayne was born on September 6, 1942, on the 6th of September 1942 in Chicago Illinois US. Carol started her career as an entertainer as a teen. She began her professional career by performing figure skating alongside Nina Wayne, her younger sister as part of traveling entertainment shows Ice Capades. They featured ice skating shows that included theatrical performances.
